Copyright, Trademarks and Takedown Policy

Last updated: September 5, 2026

1. What this policy covers

This policy explains what intellectual property exists on EVHub Top, what you may do with it, how we handle third-party rights, and how a rights holder can ask us to remove material. It applies to everything published at electricvehiclehub.top — articles, model pages, market breakdowns, tables, charts, calculated figures, images and page design.

2. Our content

Unless stated otherwise, the written content, editorial structure, data tables, charts and calculated figures on this site are © 2026 Jinzhou Chengguang Power Source Co., Ltd.. All rights reserved.

You may, without asking:

  • read, print and share individual pages for your own reference;
  • quote up to a few paragraphs or a single table, or cite a calculated figure, in editorial, academic or commercial analysis, provided you credit EVHub Top and link to the page you used;
  • link to any page from your website, newsletter or social channel.

You may not, without written permission:

  • republish whole articles or substantial parts of them, on any platform, in any language;
  • scrape, harvest or machine-copy the site in bulk, or rebuild our dataset for resale or redistribution;
  • present our content, or a lightly edited version of it, as your own or as a work for hire;
  • use EVHub Top content to train or fine-tune a commercial model where the output competes with this site.

Machine-readable access for search and AI answer engines is permitted as described in our llms.txt file; that permission is for indexing and citation, not for wholesale reproduction.

3. Calculated data and figures

Our landed-cost breakdowns, duty and VAT totals, and market comparisons are original calculations built from published tariff schedules and freight inputs. You are welcome to cite a figure with attribution and a link. If you reuse the numbers, please also carry the caveats that appear with them on the page — the estimates depend on assumptions that are stated in our landed-cost methodology and change over time.

4. Third-party trademarks

Vehicle brand names, model names, marques, logos and trade dress belong to their respective owners. EVHub Top uses them solely to identify the products being described or compared — a nominative, descriptive use. Its appearance on this site does not imply that any manufacturer, importer or dealer has approved, sponsored or endorsed us, or that we act as their agent. We are not a dealer, importer or distributor, and we do not sell vehicles.

If you believe a mark is used in a way that misleads readers or infringes your rights, write to us at legal@electricvehiclehub.top and we will review the usage and, where appropriate, adjust it.

5. Third-party photographs and illustrations

Photographs used on this site are either freely licensed (CC0, CC BY or CC BY-SA) or, in some cases, supplied by manufacturers and other third parties for identification purposes. Full attribution for freely licensed photographs is published on our Image Credits and Copyright page. We claim no ownership of third-party imagery and remove it on request.

6. Notice and takedown procedure

If you hold the rights to material published here and believe it is used without permission, send a notice to legal@electricvehiclehub.top including:

  1. your name, organisation (if any), postal address and email address;
  2. identification of the work you say is infringed, with a link to the original where it is published;
  3. the URL of each page on this site that carries the material, precise enough for us to locate it (page URL and, for images, the image URL);
  4. a statement that you have a good-faith belief the use is not authorised by the rights holder, its agent or the law;
  5. a statement that the information in your notice is accurate and that you are the rights holder or authorised to act for them;
  6. your signature (electronic is fine).

What happens next. We acknowledge notices within 5 business days. Where a claim is credible on its face, we remove or replace the material promptly — usually while the review is still running — and confirm the outcome to you in writing. We keep a record of the notice, the action taken and the date. If we believe the use is lawful and properly licensed, we will explain why, with our evidence, rather than simply ignoring the notice.

Counter-notice. If your material is removed and you believe the removal was mistaken (for example, you can show the licence we relied on), write to the same address. We will restore the material if you can substantiate your right to use it.

7. Reporting infringement of our content

If you find our content republished elsewhere without attribution — including whole-article copies, scraped model pages, or our tables and figures presented as another site's work — please tell us at legal@electricvehiclehub.top with the URL. We pursue these cases, and we appreciate the tips.
